For my senior show, we did a Disney show which consisted of a collection of multiple Disney songs from multiple Disney shows . I danced to songs from Dumbo and High School Musical 2. I sang songs from Hercules, Little Mermaid the Musical, Cinderella, and a song called Remember When from the 50th Anniversary Disney parade. When singing Remember When, it was HORRIBLE! I was sniffling, and on the brink of tears because I realized; though I would never really admit it; that I was going to miss these people. My second family, so to say, I would never be with the same people in such a close bond as I did that night. If I ran into them 20 years from now, would we remember each other? Would that bond still exist? It's scary.
But on a happier note, I did my final choir performance today as well. THANK HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My choir instructor has been so abnoxious lately, getting mad at me for the dumbest reasons. For some reason he thinks that everyone in his choir class should not have anything in their life except for his choir class. No drama. No sports. NOTHING. So, the madrigal choir of our school (which I'm a part of) sang our "farewell" song to him, everyone was teary eyed, but me. I had no attachment to that man because he was always so mean to me! So while everyone says, "I'm going to miss this!" I'm saying "Thank Heaven I'm out of here and don't have to deal with his crappy attitude all the time!"
So, bittersweet feelings have been going on today. But, it all worked out and it's done. the end.
Love,
Broadway Chick
